Do you offer in person and virtual sessions?
Yes! Consultations can either be in person or virtually through the Google meet or TEAMS platform. If you choose to have an appointment virtually, a link to join me and invoices will be sent by email
Can I claim sessions through insurance?
Yes! Whether virtual or in person sessions, insurance receipts will always be provided.
Will you put me on a restrictive diet?
No! I won't place you on a restrictive diet or ask you to eliminate foods. My approach, rooted in an anti-diet philosophy, recognizes that every type of food has its value. By focusing on building new habits and increasing food education, you’ll develop a more sustainable approach to reaching your goals, one that lasts for a lifetime.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that for any cancellations/rescheduling of appointments, you do so with a 24h notice, in order to leave room open for others who may be waiting for an appointment.
